Immersive VR Set Design
I specialize in creating immersive worlds in virtual reality, enabling users to explore and interact with environments as if they were physically present. My Master’s thesis focused on incorporating VR into the set design process, offering a revolutionary approach by allowing designers and collaborators to walk through and experience their sets before construction begins. This innovation bridges the gap between concept and reality, enhancing the creative process and ensuring precision in design.
Uninterrupted VR
I served as the Technical Director for Uninterrupted, a VR show by Nettie Wild. I managed the technical setup for this seated 360-degree experience, which toured across British Columbia and was showcased internationally at the Kaohsiung Film Archive in Taiwan. This immersive project required precise coordination and technical expertise to bring the vision to life in a fully interactive virtual environment.
360° Music Video
I’ve collaborated with artists to create 360-degree music videos, taking on roles in environment design, 3D modeling, and animation. These immersive experiences were developed to be accessible for viewing on YouTube or through VR headsets, bringing a new dimension of creativity to music videos by allowing audiences to explore the visuals in full 360-degree perspectives.
